KAISEKI - JAPAN TO SYDNEY
Kanade is offering Australia's first Japanese-Italian fusion Kaiseki, a unique cullinary blend of flavours.
Kaiseki, 懐石料理, is a traditional multi-course meal chosen by the chef, which typically consists of a sequence of small, meticulously prepared dishes that are meant to be enjoyed in a specific order.
Kaiseki is available on Saturday evenings for a 6pm start. Limited time only.

The experience is priced at $150PP with optional add-ons and beverage pairings avaliable on the day.
